Sacred Oak Healing Services welcomes practitioner Lynn Tatarczuk
Lynn M. Tatarczuk is a Nationally certified NH Licensed Massage Therapist, Nationally certified Personal Trainer, Reiki II Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator and has been trained as a support group leader from the Women Supporting Women Center in Exeter, NH. She has been in the healing arts profession for over 10 years with a diverse yet health focused career. Lynn's philosophy is there are 5 key elements to a balanced life. These keys are: Exercise, Healthy Eating Habits, Stress Reduction, a Good Sense of Self through a supportive environment, and Spirituality.
